Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - New vintage of Jasmine Hirsch’s Bohan-Dillon (v21, 13% ABV), surely a pleasing, precise, seductive & quintessential expression of the Hirsch Way of making Pinot Noir. Medium ruby, fully translucent & shiny in the glass. It brims, yes brims, w typical Hirsch notes - wild raspberries, cherries, forest floor, peppery character - all in all superbly clean & advanced for such a young wine. Pleasantly sappy & soft palate, fine acidic structure, fruit-driven in a cool style, quite elegant yet linear, juicy, light finish! Ready to go!
