Monday, August 14, 2023 - Even though this wine still falls into a classic NAPA cab, this time I noticed more herbaceous, and bell pepper notes , very similar to what you find on Cabs from Chile ( Maipo area). Wood and tannins well integrated already. Enjoyed with a nice grilled rib eye at Mastros Steak house.
