Great wine that has me wondering why I don't drink more Weil (or cellar more Auslese). An array of fruit here ranging from riper tropical and peachy flavours to tarter citric notes, a bed of chalky mineral notes beneath, and layers of honey, botrytis spice, and developed smoky and creamy elements around the fruit, all coming together seamlessly and lifted by powerful acidity.

Brunello with some roses: Preferred this on pop and pour when it was more balanced and the exceptional length was more obvious. With air it became sweeter and a little more cloying, but nonetheless this was an outstanding, powerful wine.

from .375. Still a young wine, intense, concentrated, deep, intense - and yes, sweet, but it does not rely on it's sweetness. Great with cheese. #FogheadsInTheGarden

Incredibly youthful with meyer lemon, pineapple, and glycerol notes supported by tremendous acidity; really good already but will last a lot longer even in small format.

A Good Monday (Good Luck Gourmet): Incredible fruit that seems so youthful. Full, rich, powerful. Masterclass in cramming layers of fruit in a package that glides with balance and purity. Like a dessert wine, and yet, not.
