  I tried this twice in the span of a few weeks, and it was very different each time; this note is for the better experience. Much less overtly oxidative in this bottle, and more complex with fresh cream, vanilla yogurt, and white bread supporting honeycrisp apples and maybe pear. This one really felt like good entry level champagne.

  Enjoyable for sure- but have had a couple different experiences with this bottle, and this one wasn't as much my style. More oxidative with crabapples and whatnot; a little touch of yeast there, sort of a biscuit thing, but the soft apple fruit really buried most of it. Good mouthfeel, but just too oxidative for my tastes. If you're into that style, it's solid.
