i'll echo vino verde's comments : this is NOT your typical New Zealand style, tart SB with relatively high acidity. It is rich (pineapple, honey) and flavorful, relatively full bodied. At first it finished a little bitter...but after two hours opened, this disipated and the wine finished well. An outstanding QPR.

Light, golden-yellow in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of fresh citrus fruits of lemons/limes, apples & stone fruits with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & a hint of lemongrass, stony/earthy & minerals. Light-medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes, apples & stone fruits with lemongrass, stony & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present but could age for another year.

Light yellow color. Musky, citrus, herbal, and ripe fruit aromas. Melon, citrus, and bitter herbs on the palate. Good complexity. Zesty refreshing long aftertaste. More white Bordeaux-like than Loire or New Zealand. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, and Sauvignon Musque. A blend of stainless steel and oak cooperage.

Very pale, almost clear, notes of lime, pineapple, lots of acidity, some minerality, fairly thin. Finish is even a bit tart.

Pleasant drinking porch pounder. Dry, semi fruity
Not too tart. Better when allowed to warm up a little
