  瓶醒2小时左右始饮，有着许多松子、坚果油、粉尘和丰富微妙的草本气息，萦绕着新鲜成熟的水蜜桃、荔枝、番石榴、樱桃和熟柑橘和核果调，果味成熟厚实不滞重，带些许硬糖质地，后段些许当归、香根草和枸杞根之类带泥土感的木质，轻微玫瑰精油收尾，矿物感偏土质，较厚
  
  口感圆润坚实，酸度高而有着良好的长度，浸润酒体之内，整合感好，外周一圈干浸出物触感包围酒体，略有颗粒感，显得不那么细致均匀，舌尖有辛辣感，水蜜桃、番石榴、樱桃罐头、油桃、杏子和苹果等果味里带有轻微酸奶味，后段带着植物根茎、微妙的新鲜香草和花香和厚实温暖的矿物感，收尾颇长。92/100

  This young, rare, and beautiful bottle of Riesling was such a treat and so delicious at this early stage in its life.
  A wine of class and depth that already shows so much beautiful purity. I was immediately taken by the smokey minerality of the wine which was complimented by notes of yellow nectarines, candied limes and lightly spiced. A great juxtaposition of delicacy and a little grip of nectarine skin made the palate as nuanced and enjoyable as the complexity of the nose.
  This is definitely a wine for the cellar, but I am so happy that I had more than one bottle and was able to catch a glimpse of its youthful beauty.
