Blind Tasting (Accent Wine Parlor): (Blind) Slightly browning orange color. Rim is very faded. Nose is alcohol, orange peel, some rose water and a cut roots element. Lots of tannins dominate. Umami, slight glycerin, more orange peel and strained raspberry. Grippy finish with oxidized notes.
Nebbiolo. Likely Barolo, not cru. 07 or 06?

11/26/2021 - MC2 Wines Likes this wine:
Return to Piemonte!; 11/25/2021-12/4/2021 (Castello di Sinio, Alba, other various locations): At this point in the day my note taking certainly leaves something to be desired. 40% Serralunga fruit. It’s young barolo (somewhat obvious). Very young. Good acid. I seemed to like it.
