First Drappier I tried and shamefully bottle was a bit too warm and way too young for my taste. But it was the best deal in a supermarket in Paris, so here we go...

Decent yeast and citrus bouquet but overall not so intense...

At first quite austere, with some unpleasant harsh bitter finish...

Given some time and aeration it became more harmonious.
At the end of the bottle it was a nice very citrus heavy and fresh wine.
Which would have been more fun with some sushi.

Probably a very solid champagne given a bit more bottle age and furthermore some time to aerate.

I will revisit another one under better circumstances.
