A private dinner (Noble Rot Wine Bar & Restaurant, London, UK): Bottled April 2022. Complex and intense, bone-dry but elegant, brine and green olives but also a good charge of ripe orchard fruit (apple, pear) and white flowers, really incisive acidity but no bitters, silky texture, palpable chalk, great energy and drive on the long finish with lovely fruit.

Excellent sherry! Perfect sherry for people who prefer a fruity, fresh style of manzanilla that smells and tastes just a little like acetaldehyde. Great drinking flow, the bottle gets empty too quickly...

Gold in colour. On the nose and palate - White Jasmine flowers. Hazelnuts. Roast almonds. Pears. Very Very Saline. Complex. Very long. Quite rounded. Nicely balanced. Smooth. Moreish. Lovely.

Good intensity and depth, but nothing outstanding. Didn't hit the dizzy heights that the hype around this producer would lead you to expect. Cool that its single vineyard and organic, but I would say its worth the money.

Saca 4/2021. Barely hazed brass color in cyan luminescence. Generous bouquet—mixture of raw and roasted nuts. Lemon. Pastry crust. Springtime rain shower on brittle earth. Spearmint shadows. Cocoa butter. Steady, balanced, organized texture and pace. Saturated with melon rind, weeping ripe citrus oils and acids. Dark coffee. Profligate mineral expression—old masonry quenched in tree shade. Reclined, stoic, comfort sensations—suggestive of bitter, sap-stained walnut wood—appear on the finish. Uncommon/unicorn equilibrium of richness and strident drinkability.
