  Eðalklúbbur. Vínsmakk apríl 2024. (Marbakkabraut 12): Þetta var opnað með osta og skinkusmakki. Björgvin mætti með fjóra mismunandi osta:
  Raclette, rocquefort, landana og gran reserva manchego. Tvær mismunandi skinkutegundir voru líka smakkaðar. Annars vegar serrano skinka sem var saltmeðhöndluð í 24 mánuði og hins vegar iberico skinka.
  Allir ostarnir voru virkilega góðir. Raclette osturinn kom á óvart. Virkilega góður þá það sé líklega glæpsamlegt að borða hann svona einan og sér. Fyrir mig þá skaraði rocquefort osturinn fram úr Algerlega frábær.
  Skinkurnar voru báðar í topp klassa. Ég held jafnvel, ef ég á að gera upp á milli að mér hafi fundist saltmeðhöndlaða skinkan betri. Það var þó aðeins bitamunur en ekki fjár.
  Drappier vínið var líka virkilega gott með bæði ostum og skinku.

  I have always liked Drappier and this BdeB is well up to standard. More robust than many of its type and full of citrus tinged fruit, minerals, moreish acidity and some structure. Good for apéritif but also enough substance for pairing with a meal. Very good.
