A private lunch (Restaurant Europa, Amsterdam, NL): Waxy bottle age, very tight, noticeable bitters, limestone minerality but not a lot of fruit left (lemon). I wonder about the balance here? Conflicting notes for this wine.

Geradlinig, sehr gute Balance. Riesling GG in Reinform ohne Ecken und Kanten, aber auch mit etwas wenig Charakter. Keinerlei Reifenoten bislang.
