  • Do not serve this wine too chilled, 12-13 Celsius and it should show its true face.
A blend of Rousanne, Marsanne, Bourboulenc & Grenache Blanc fermented and aged in oak. Well, what can I say? Mix the oaky character of a quality Bdx white with plenty of sunshine fruit and a salinity hard to find in southern whites and one gets the idea. Toasty notes, vanilla, white fleshed fruit, exotic and stone fruit, savoury notes, spices, all on top of an elegant structure. Pretty now but could age 1-2 years extra. Pretty good juice.
