13% abv. 95% Grenache. Pale to medium pink. Fast medium tears. Lovely perfume nose initially giving off aromas of green apple. It was continually evolving with different aromas with each sniff: Asian pear, orange blossom, and raspberry. Nice body on the smooth, velvety palate and there is a hint of tannins present. There are flavours of grapefruit and a hint of spice and herb. There is enough acidity for me but it would give it a little more crispness with slightly more. Finish is good lengthed and lingers with concentrated/dried grape aftertaste.
Upon first sniff, I immediately felt like i was nosing a Glenlivet/Glenfiddich with that green apple nose. I don't normally drink Rose but this one was surprisingly enjoyable.

Strawberries, sweet cherries (but not too sweet), a bit minerally, a bit of herb, super long finish for a Rose. We love it. I wondered if this was worth the extra cost over the other Roses we have, so we got three bottles to try. Guess what? Just pulled the trigger on a case. You only live once, and compelling summer wines don't come along every day. This is a winner in our book. I sveikata!

Good food wine, but lost much of its vibrancy already. Far more flat than a fresh Turkey Flat. Drink up!
