Dense and syrupy pour with nose and mouthfeel to match. Texture is defied by the oak with nutty overtones. Finish is medium to long. Keep it at temperature throughout the bottle, and give it a pork dish to play with -- winner!

Go West! Tasting (The QEII Centre, Westminster, London): Dense, more oaky than the Bernau Chardonnay (quite like trying Puligny & Chassagne), nutty, almonst smoky nuances, nice palate, same profile as the nose, nice texture, on the verge of being called tannic, med finish, great one
