Much better than the previous bottle. Not the fruit forward of the past years but not the Welch's of the last bottle. May try another buy because the previous bottle was a never again. One more bottle in the cellar which will be the decider for future buys.

Medium garnet. A quite ripe and fruity nose offers overripe plum, black raspberry candy, bubblegum, violets and loam. Medium bodied, round and juicy in texture, with low tannins, medium acidity, and a fruit punch sort of sweetness. This tastes very little of Pinot Noir but has some crowd appeal, I suppose.

Purplish red color, medium body. Nose restrained, usual pinot fruit. Palate mild acidity, sweetness, velvety tannins and almost syrupy/fruit salad. Short bitter finish. A California style from the Willamette - what can't they do?

Pretty, medium (-) ruby red. The nose is clean, with ripe red cherry, rhubarb and pomegranate aromas. Dry, with ripe but crisp fruit, medium acidity, medium (-) tannins. The alcohol is high at 14.2% but is really perceived more as medium. This is a great summer wine with a little chill. A nice, soft, versatile style. Drinking well now, not intended for aging. Great quality and value at around $20.00.
