Color: light orange and peach with light salmon Nose: red apple, a touch of petroleum Palate: tart apricots, tart pear, toast Mouthfeel: dry and acidic throughout with a bready coarseness
Bought these bottles in June 2015 at the winery. The light pink appearance has moved to pale orange but the Nebbiolo grape is still pronounced with plenty of acidity. At 5 years old, it's definitely just past it's best days but still enjoyable.

Purchased from the winery in May 2015 and cellared in an environmentally controlled climate since.
Color: apricot/peach, clear edges Nose: biscuity, wheat bread Palate: tart strawberry, some breadiness, mixed orange citrus flavors Mouthfeel: a lot of citrus and acidity
Given this has been in the bottle at least 5 years, the breadiness is still robust though I think the fruit has subsided. Probably 2 years past prime. Drink now

Color: pale salmon, chunky fast legs
Nose: cranberry compote, faint petroleum
Palate: strawberry, orange, tropical citrus
Mouthfeel: dry, spikey start, medium long finish
While the color has moved to the salmon spectrum, this is still drinking great.
