A very interesting wine. There is oak present on the initial attack, but that drops off quickly. The midpalate is almost nonexistent with only a little baked caramel apple coming through. Bright acidity kicks in on the finish.

Found this wine to be impressive for an Oregon chard. Light oak, good butter balance, easy drinking, extra good chilled cold. Nice to pair with rich cheeses and robust meat.
