  .375 ml format, popped and poured. I have drunk multiple bottles of this wine in both .375 and .750 ml formats, so I was surprised that this bottle was tannic, woody and was missing the characteristics I so loved in the previous bottles. Missing was the tart red cherry fruit, porcini mushroom, hints of leather and cedar. It could be shutting down??
