What a beautiful wine. Stunning nose of dark fruits integrated into light notes of eucalyptus. Balanced on the palate - a real tongue glider. Length for days. Shame I only had one bottle! What a treat. Pull the trigger now if you’re wondering whether to drink it; but could age gracefully for another few years I’d say.

Outstanding wine from the first mouthful to the last. It was a raspberry, blackberry jammy shiraz with great mouthfeel which drank perfectly now but I am sure could easily have been cellared for longer. An absolute beauty!

Last tasting note still spot on. Insanely deep and dark purplish red with violet hues. Lovely and fresh nose with lavender, violets, fresh twigs, black olives and black raspberries. Definitely seems to be a cooler styled Syrah. Balanced acidity and tannins (6/10) with a medium to medium plus body. Layered palate with red cherries, black raspberries, iron, white and black pepper, and a bit perfumey. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2030.

Farsch this is good. Classic Barossan nose with blackberries and aged leather. Still a rich, deep purple. Really complex, fascinating wine. Full bodied, medium + acid and high tannin - all working in perfect harmony. Notes of cloves, fennel and mint come through strongly, sitting behind more traditional oaky notes. Absolutely awesome

Don’t hold out any longer for this one Boys & Girls. Like a warm blackberry pudding. Cannot fault. Best mouthful was the last.
