  • Light bodied red, delicious with nice complexity. After 20 min of air, flavors of strawberry, red cherry and baking spices nicely balanced with tart cranberry, bitter herbs and a crisp minerality.

In a great place now, no need to wait.

Will last a few more years as well.

  • The color is clear and light red. Beautiful light watered down clear edges to strawberry hues in the middle. Bursting tertiary aromas withbriary red fruits, licorice, mint. Fennel and cool red fruit flavors. Gentle and delicious.

  • Dark, but see-through ruby color; floral aromas: rose, vanilla, red fruir, spice; crisp medium body, juicy, cranberry juice, raspberry, cherry. Hint of forest floor, mushrooms. Good minerality. Long finish w/ almost imperceptible tannins. 13% abv

The Perrachon family settled in Julienas in 1601 and established the estate of Laurent Perrachon & Fils in 1877. Today, the seventh generation Laurent Perrachon runs the domaine with his wife Martine.

Their 23 hectares of vineyards are sustainably farmed. By keeping grass between the vines and using mechanical rather than chemical methods to care for the soil. Vines that are an average of 45 to 60 years old. Yields are kept low at an average of 45 hl/ha.

This cuvee is vinified from grapes selected on century old vines, on the hills above "La Bottière".
