Tasting notes
Situated within a kilometer from Port Phillip Bay, the Italian variety Montepulciano is a perfect match for the conditions and cool ocean breezes of this region. A medium-bodied unique blend offering a floral nose with ripe plumb & chocolate tannins.
Montepulciano was hand picked then fermented in half tonne bins with a gentle basket press. Matured in french oak for 12 months.
Enjoy with charcoaled meats, game pasta and pizza.
