Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Clear straw yellow color with scant ultra-fine bubbles. Notes of quince, lemon, almond biscuit, chalk, apple blossom. Delicate, pure and delicious. Needed an hour to fully bloom in the glass, by which time the bubbles were mostly gone.
