Thursday, May 9, 2024 - Light nose, just a little peachy pear. Good weight and body, a little more density and intensity on the finish. Tasty, but not especially engaging. Another very nice Kabinett. On the second glass I'm noticing the body and depth, the palate opening up a bit and more resonant.
