Friday, April 12, 2024 - Lemon coloured, medium intensity. Developed, medium intensity nose. Light petroleum, lemon, smoky minerality. On the palate a touch of sweetness, high acidity, medium intensity. 13%. Citrus, bicycle workshop, wet stone, smoke. Vaxy texture. Very good length. Fresh and tasty with a good and lengthy future.

From volcanic soil (porphyr).
