Saturday, July 24, 2021 - Light gold color. Drank a glass over 90 minutes. Fusil, apple, apple blossoms, wet slate, and lime. The palate is brisk and fresh, sour apple, lime extract, light fusil, great balance and acidity. 92+ to 93.
