Monday, June 5, 2023 - Medium yellow. A rich, rather sweet Kabinett that is really a Spatlese by any other name. Ripe citrus, peach, and even mango. A rush of stoniness on the finish compensates to some extent for noticeably low acidity. Too loose and blurry.
