Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Return to Napa; 3/6/2022-3/13/2022 (Wineries and various restaurants): Generally a younger wine than we’d normally drink but I just love these and they don’t get much older unfortunately. It’s that slight metallic twang, darker fruits, just a background of game. Very well structured, very powerful, and yet higher acid so that it’s also very balanced. Seemed to be popular as when I went back for a second pour there was no wine left in the bottle.
