Wednesday, October 27, 2021 - Decanted off the sediment at 4, left for maybe 45 minutes in the decanter and then back in bottle, we started drinking it at 7. Black olives and dark fruit, some florals too. Savory in aspect, expressive, clean, and long. Well balanced too. Just a really good wine.
