Sunday, December 27, 2020 - Enjoyable yes, but ready? Definitely not. This was a .375 bottle. Still young and tannic, youthfully delicious but without any complexity maturity will bring.
Dark cherries, a little olive, blood. Medium bodied. No where near a prime drinking window. The fifteen year rule might apply in a half bottle by 2025, but I’m not even sure of that.
I paid $25 for several half bottles in 2012.
Nice wine, needs time.
