Saturday, August 25, 2018 - At tasting. Brief note. Pours a dark inky purple in the glass. Nose and palate show perfumed briar and purple violets, blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, pink peppercorns, candied orange peel and cold liquid granite. Full and intense midpalate has balance that goes beyond my vocabulary and carries through to the long, primary, and undeniably pleasurable finish. This is great wine in the making no doubt.
