Sunday, March 19, 2023 - A gravitational duel. Initially an arc of stone, sweet black olive, and licorice placed it in the feast of Saint Joseph. Bleeding exhaustion of meaty nutrient, faced with uncommonly red-sour blush of inky fruit. Fresh, penetrating resin of longberry syrup, seeping yards of pectin. Thick, low-temperature extract of coffee. Congenial, accessible, and long on earthy bloom. Substantial in texture, and governed by urgent, pendulous acidity. Utterly coherent and impulsive. It's got another 10-15 years of promise.
