Thursday, December 25, 2003 - 1962 Torres Gran Coronas

12/25/2003 at Nancy's. Advanced age shows in the wines color. But it is still more ruby-orange than brown, and quite vibrant. Tobacco and shoe polish on the nose. Sweet fruit. Palate is alive and well. Quite lovely, ripe and rich. Almost port-like. 5-12-17-9-93/100
