Sunday, June 19, 2022 - Drunk for lunch with pea and mint soup. Very pale lemon gold - barely any colour at all. Nose of peach and white flowers with a slight hint of petrol. This continued through onto the palate, together with some citrus, apricot and apple notes. Very slight sweetness but in total harmony with the acidity. The poise and balance of this wine was extraordinary. - it felt so light. Great persistence and length. This is going to last a long time. An excellent Kabinett - one of the best I have had.
