Sunday, June 5, 2022 - This has not closed down, just popped and poured and ready to go, notes of succulent cherries, raspberries, tea, rose hip, tar and fresh herbs. The palate shows lush and succulent red and black berries, anise, liquorice, crushed black pepper, the tannins are ripe yet firm, the mid palate rich yet smooth this finished long and grippy.
