Saturday, April 16, 2022 - Opened as the burgundy would not have been acceptable to the other diner. The nose was so expressive even on opening. A hint of sour cherry but also savoury red fruits, pine needles and good length. Well balanced and supremely enjoyable. I’m sure this has a long way to go but no harm at all drinking today.
