Saturday, March 19, 2022 - This needed about 40-50 minutes of air to come to. Petrol and honeyed stone fruits with herbs and a slight smokiness to it. Peach, tangerine, dill, tarragon. On the palate it’s medium + in body, but with nuanced and delicate flavours. Barely off dry at this point. AP 07 94
