Saturday, January 1, 2022 - Concentrated apricot, overripe peach, and light gasoline on the nose. High acid, high+ rs. Blind, I'd never guess kabinett, as this drinks closer to an auslese or heavy spatlese. Palate brings baskets of yellow stone fruit, yellow melon, key lime, honey, and minerals, and medium+ finish. I usually don't drink Prum, and I would have enjoyed this more had I not expected a lighter, more classic kabinett profile.
