Wednesday, September 15, 2021 - Medium yellow. Lemon biscuit, lemon meringue pie nose. Great entry flashes some fruit and perhaps an ankle of RS, then the acidity and dryness take hold and carry it tactiley through to a very long finish that is dry, but gradually unquenches and leaves an impression of sweet Meyer lemon and talc, and really begs you to take another sip. Really fine wine. First of four. As with any vintage of this bottling, your grandchildren will still be enjoying them if you can keep your hands off.
