Sunday, October 17, 2021 - My first experience with JJ Prum and Kabinett Riesling. The wine looks light gold colored. It smells and tastes like lemon, apple, peach and honey. There may be a smoky note. The body is medium/full. The wine has a smooth texture with well integrated acidity. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity (although may be influenced by the sweetness). Would definitely drink again.
