Friday, September 17, 2021 - Restaurant service - classic aromas and notes of cherry & fig, rose petal, star anise and other exotic spices. A bit angular on opening, with expressive fruit. Rounded out beautifully over the course of an hour so. Bright acidity, round fine grippy tannins. Plenty of depth. Excellent bottle, needs a decant.
