Monday, August 30, 2021 - Generally prefer the 2019 Graacher Himmelreich at this stage, which was the case yet again tonight. This one was more cloying and somewhat flat on the finish. The Graacher had much more brightness and intensity. Hopefully the rest of the bottles benefit from a long slumber.
