Saturday, January 30, 2021 - The nose is serious, with s light touch of maturity developing, but no fusel tones. Another taster who is sensitive to terpenes noted none. Slate is very much present here. The palate had fresh pineapple tones and a hint of toasted coconut. The palate was remarkably concentrated for a Kabinett. The acid/sweet balance was impeccable. This wine will go for years to come.
