Saturday, December 26, 2020 - From Magnum. Second Christmas day wine.
With Coravin because of a lot of bottles this evening.
A great vintage for Piemonte, quite classical and so enjoyable already. Drinking light on it's feet, not unlike a red Burgundy but off course with different character.

    The rest of the Magnum was drained on New Years Eve and last Saturday we drank a Double Magnum of this during the entire evening with three people in total, which speaks volumes regarding the drinkability!
