1/7/2021 1:15:00 AM - Thank you for sharing your note, it is helpful to know that the wine is at the edge of going into hibernation. It showed extremely well in its youthful fruit phase about six months ago, and like many 2016s is probably shutting down now. I guess we will now have to let it rest for at least ten years... On to the 2018 Nebbiolos for Nebbiolo fruit.
