Thursday, December 3, 2020 - Pale straw yellow colour. Mild aromas of under-ripe peach/apricot and beeswax. Quite an acid punch with lots of citrus and green apple taste. Finishes with a fairly dry minerality. I would have expected a bit more sweetness for a Riesling. Good aperitif and paired very well with a spicy/minty yogurt sauce on roasted squash/vegs.
