Tuesday, September 29, 2020 - This Kabinet level wine was sweeter than is historically typical for kabinets. Be aware of that. I call it off dry actually. The petrol character is present, not too forward. Fruit is standout good. I would serve this with cheese and fruit, not dinner, though it could do fairly well with a dish featuring soft cheese or cream sauce - your option. It has the acid to work with a fatty food.... Drink or Hold.
