Sunday, September 13, 2020 - Decanted for over 2 hours. Aromas of cherry, tar, menthol, mint and raspberry. Flavors of tar, cherry, eucalyptus, blackberry and iron. Ends with a long 30+ second finish with tar and cherry notes. Got some
Drying tannins at the end. This is quite open though for such a young Nebbiolo.
