Open and aromatic on the evolved nose. Golden apple to stonefruits with hazelnuts, juniper, fennel seeds and vanilla.
Dry, medium bodied and balanced by a citrusy streak of acidity. Some almond cookies, saline touch, nutty nuances and fennel to aniseed spiciness. A hint of lavender. Long finish.
A great white and drinking superbly!
