Saturday, June 27, 2020 - I tried a hefty pour from a Coravin last night amidst drinking a Cerbaiona Toscana. I was already impressed by the incredible earthiness and the dryness of the Cerbaiona and this seemed far more fruitful and lush. Firm cherry and balsamic in character, with a huge amount of tug and pull that lead to a tannic, tea like finish that seemed to last for a good half of a minute. If you are looking for something alluring and sexy to drink now, there is no reason to wait. Definitely has the guts to go further and I would say that in 3 years, this will be just right for me...drink or Hold
