Saturday, February 29, 2020 - Red fruit up front moving into an earthy, sappy core and finishing with good chew and good acidity. Lots of bright fruit, lots of structure... plenty to work with. Fun tasting it evolve over a few hours, with the floral nose and nuanced flavors on the core starting come out towards the end.
